FEP Roll Cover is a large diameter heat shrink tubing specifically engineered to extend roller life and eliminate roller build up and picking. Parker’s unique process produces a cover with no surface imperfections and with significantly greater flex life, which is especially important on rubber rollers. Most materials do not adhere to Fluoropolymer Roll Covers but even those that might cling to the surface can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth. Release of adhesives, as well as paint, food products, inks and plastic laminations, are self-removing in most cases. This FEP large diameter heat shrink tubing reduces down-time in a wide spectrum of industries, including textile, packaging, printing, paper, food and imaging. When applications call for temperatures over 400°F/204°C, PFA heat shrink tubing should be used.
