PSG system solutions for a wide variety of industrial food processing applications for high-profile industrial kitchen applications. The ESP process charges particles and strips them from the airstream, capturing even sub-micronic contaminants, and leaves only clean air to be exhausted from the unit. This technology offers high levels of efficiency with low pressure drop for a proven combination of performance with low energy consumption. The ESP collection cells can be cleaned so there is no need for recurring filter replacement purchases. Parker offers configurable systems that can accommodate a wide range of airflows along with customizable options to tackle your most challenging processes. For heavy particulate loading such as wood-fired cooking or smoking applications, multiple passes can be used to achieve higher levels of removal efficiency. For grease or “sticky” particulate, in-place cell washing systems are available which also extend maintenance intervals. To control odor, Parker offers carbon or potassium permanganate filters. Parker systems are ETL listed and for an additional safety measure, the units can be equipped to work with Ansul fire suppression systems. PSG units collect high-volume oil smoke and coolant emissions and are equipped for airflow capacities ranging from 750 to 30,000 CFM. PSG powerful systems employ a single ESP unicell, which combines the ionizer and collection cell. PSG units are made of a fully welded construction and have toolless door latches and quick access to motor/blower section. PSG units offer selectable blank inlet collar or various inlet diameters, various airflow configurations, various motor horsepower and input voltages such as 208/230/460/575 designed to meet common commercial and industrial environments and application requirements. PSG carries multiple code and regulatory certifications such as NFPA 69, UL 710, UL 867, UL 8782, NYC COA plus ANSUL® fire protection mechanism. Options include application-specific power packs, different types of odor control, high or low-static pressure blowers, inlet/outlet plenums, mist-stop or perforated prefilter, motor starter, VFD, odor control modules, and single, double, triple pass ESP cell configurations.
